Crider Center for Mental Health Celebrates 25 Years of Service

On June 30, the Crider Center for Mental Health will mark its 25th year of community service in St. Charles, Franklin, Warren and Lincoln counties.

In 1978, to meet increasing needs for community mental health services, a group of local citizens incorporated the center as the Mental Health Council of Lincoln, Warren and St. Charles County. They began operations the following year at the Three Flags Center on Fifth Street in St. Charles with a $125,000 budget.
