An affiliate of Chicago, Ill.-based developer Centrum Properties has purchased 37.85 acres and a 260,000-square-foot, three-story office building at the former regional headquarters campus of CitiMortgage in Ellisville, Mo., from TRiSTAR Business Communities.
CitiMortgage vacated the site in late 2003 when it moved to a new 515,000-square-foot building on a 50-acre campus at Progress Point, a business park in O'Fallon, Mo., developed by TRiSTAR.
