The city of Wentzville agreed to designate about 23 acres of a 29- acre business park, proposed by developer Doyle Shockely and attorney Fred Drakesmith, as a TIF district. The site, to be called Shockdrake Business Park, is positioned south of Highway A and adjacent to the M&S Sachs Business Park, which was also designated a TIF district years ago.See the full content of this document
